Τhe DECK bar restaurant overlooks the picturesque gulf of Naoussa, with views of the deep blue sea and the Cyclades Islands. The construction company WATT SA has completely transformed the existing historic building of XENIA, adopting a clean-cut approach to design, appropriate to a modern space, in order to bring out the surroundings and the unique cultural features of Paros and the Cyclades.

The mindset

The visitor lives a multidimensional experience, composed by the interplay and interaction of the senses: the atmosphere of the Aegean, immersed in the blinding Cycladic light, is combined with a creative culinary approach.

A delicious, atmospheric journey commences at the Deck restaurant. The innovative, imaginative way in which chef Yiannis Lucacos approaches cooking, delivers exquisite, fine dishes with a cosmopolitan allure, creatively incorporating the Cycladic and Mediterranean cooking tradition. Thus, combined with an extensive list of unique Greek and international wines, dining turns into an adventure for the senses. The taste converses with feelings generated by the imagery, the sounds and the aromas; and the whole experience unfolds into multiple dimensions.
